Five-page press kit plus 8x10 black & white photo from the Willard Alexander, Inc., booking agency. Press kit includes title page, billing instructions, two-page biography, and a discography of albums. Judging from the album list of Chess and Cadet Concept LPs, this kit was produced in  late 1971 or 1972.
